DESIGN CONCEPT

Concept 01

ASYMETRICAL DESIGN

Due to its corner location, this construction limitation was addressed by creating an irregular façade that resulted in nine different types of asymmetrical floor plates and eight floors of balcony exterior, lush with open green spaces.

Concept 02

BALCONY THAT INSPIRES

The green balconies can be found on the 12th, 15th, 18th, 19th, 21st, 22nd and 23rd floors creating an ideal working environment.

Concept 03

GREEN TERRACE

Looking out near the building, you will find green scenery of Benjasiri Park, the lungs of workers in this business district. It is also a place to exercise before and after work. In addition, it is also a spot where you can see the beautiful Chao Phraya River.

COMMUNAL GARDEN

A thoughtfully designed communal garden provides a versatile setting for relaxation, collaboration, and tenant events, while curated retail amenities enhance everyday convenience and enrich the workplace experience.
